The Stratevo service is operated by Rewaxis Agency S.R.L., a limited liability company registered in Romania, VAT RO44683959(“Stratevo”, “we”, “us”). These Terms of Service form a binding contract between you (the customer) and Rewaxis Agency S.R.L. whenever you purchase or use the Stratevo service.
Stratevo is a subscription service providing website design, development, hosting, and ongoing maintenance. The scope of work, monthly price, and included deliverables depend on the plan you select (Starter, Business, or Premium) and any add-ons you purchase.
We aim to deliver the first design draft within five business days of you completing our onboarding form, and to publish the first live version within seven business days of design approval. These timelines assume timely provision of content and feedback from you.
Subscriptions are billed in advance at the cadence you select (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual) to the payment method registered with Stripe. All prices are displayed inclusive or exclusive of VAT depending on your region; VAT is added where required by law. Bank or card fees charged by your provider are your responsibility.
Prices may change with at least 30 days’ written notice. Changes will not apply to prepaid terms already in force.
If the first design draft doesn’t land and we are unable to resolve it within one further round of revisions, we will refund your first month’s fee in full, up to 30 days from your subscription start date. This guarantee applies only to the initial design round and not to subsequent revisions on a live site.
You may cancel at any time from your client dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not refund unused portions of a prepaid term except as required by consumer law in your jurisdiction.
We may suspend or terminate your subscription immediately if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay invoices after reminders, or use the service for unlawful content.
Your content— copy, images, brand assets, and customer data you provide — is and remains yours. On cancellation we email you a complete copy of your content at no cost.
The codebase— the custom design, build, infrastructure-as-code, and component library we create for you — is licensed to you for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, a one-off static code export is included if you have been a subscriber for three (3) or more months on a monthly plan, or automatically on any prepaid quarterly, semi-annual, or annual plan regardless of duration.
Third-party libraries, fonts, and frameworks remain subject to their respective licences.

You may not use Stratevo to publish content that is unlawful under EU, UK, or Australian law; infringes copyright, trademarks, or privacy rights; promotes hate, harassment, or violence; or distributes malware. We may remove offending content or suspend the service while an issue is investigated.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for production sites hosted on our infrastructure, excluding scheduled maintenance and incidents attributable to upstream providers or force majeure. Planned maintenance is communicated via email or the client dashboard in advance.
Support runs during UK and Australian business hours. We aim to acknowledge requests within one business day.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement are excluded.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Subject to that, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. By expressly requesting that we begin work immediately (for example, by completing onboarding and approving the first design), you acknowledge that your right to withdraw ends once the digital service has been fully provided, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK legislation.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via your dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. The courts of Cluj-Napoca, Romania have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that consumers may bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where required by mandatory law. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
